B. Choose the service you’d like (“Home Retreat”, Dog Walking or “Home Away from Home”). We don’t always have all options available, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your pets!
C. Shoot us an email with your dates, your choice of package, and any questions you have – we’ll get right back to you!
D. While you wait, Read the “Terms Contract and Guidelines” PDF under “Sign Up” above (you want to know what you’re getting, right!?)
E. Remember each Pet Sitter has set Drop-off and Pick-up times listed on their profile. These apply if you have been scheduled for the “Home Away from Home” Package.
2. Sign Up
WAIT TO HEAR BACK FROM US BEFORE PROCEEDING!
A. We will send you a Leashtime Login & temporary Password – you then Login and enter all the information about you and your pets into our online sign up system so we can make sure we understand what you’re looking for.
B. Optional: if you prefer we bring your pet to the Kadena Vet instead of the Japanese Vet for any emergencies, please fill out the “Kadena Vet Caretaker Form” PDF and scan and email it to us as well.
C. After you make sure your scheduled services look correct online, we will send you an invoice. You click the “Pay Now” link in the upper left on the invoice to pay your Reservation Fee (at least 50% or more of your total price). You pay with a credit card through Paypal – you are required to pay 100% of your total before services begin. You may pay in only one payment if you’d like instead of paying two payments (a reservation fee and your balance).
